Booking Information
$200 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due the day after the event.
Events outside Utah County require a $50 travel fee.
Sales tax will be added to all services where applicable.
Events should be booked at least one week in advance. Bookings made with less than one week's notice are subject to a $100 short-notice fee, depending on availability.
Pricing
Half-Day (up to 4 hours): $500
Full-Day (up to 8 hours): $1,000
Only one oil painting is completed per event.
Because oil paint requires proper curing, the finished artwork will need approximately 2 weeks to dry before it can be picked up or delivered.
Print Packages
Guests can also purchase prints of the finished oil painting.
$15 each or $10 each when ordering 10 or more prints
Live Event Painting
Turn your special event into a timeless work of art with a live painting experience. I create original artwork on-site, allowing your guests to watch the painting come to life throughout the celebration. Live painting adds a unique form of entertainment while preserving meaningful memories that will last for generations.
Live Oil Painting
Perfect for weddings, corporate events, galas, and special celebrations.
During your event, I create one original oil painting that captures a memorable scene, such as the ceremony, first dance, or another special moment. Guests are welcome to watch the painting develop throughout the day.
Live Watercolor Guest Sketches
Give your guests a one-of-a-kind keepsake with live watercolor portraits painted during your event.
Each guest receives an original watercolor sketch created on-site. The bride and groom (or event hosts) are always painted first, after which sketches are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure every painting has enough time to dry, the final guest sketch must begin 30 minutes before the event ends. I use professional quick-drying watercolor paper and a controlled painting technique that minimizes drying time, allowing most sketches to dry in approximately 30 minutes.

Approximately 3 ft × 3 ft of floor space.
Watercolor Sketch Station
I can adapt to your venue's layout:
A large table for displaying completed watercolor sketches as they dry, or
A compact 3 ft × 3 ft setup using a vertical paper organizer to safely hold drying artwork when space is limited.
